Baring's new chairman Jon Erik Reinhardsen
Equinor chairman takes over the same position in Baring, and brings Ugland and Hushovd to the board

Jon Erik Reinhardsen becomes the new chairman of the Baring Group, as well as the subsidiaries Baring Farsund and Baring Ocean. In addition, the investors Knut N. T. Ugland and Thor Hushovd join as new board members in the companies.
Reinhardsen has extensive industrial experience as CEO of PGS for many years, and senior positions in Alcoa and the Aker Kvaerner group. He has long and solid board experience from a number of companies. Reinhardsen is intoday, among other things, chairman of the board of Equinor ASA. He will be a solid resource for the companies going forward.
